What's a Heroine Worth?

Fox 29 in Philadelphia reports that a million dollars worth of heroine was seized in Northeast Philadelphia.  Now, to make sure I understood them, I checked out the dictionary at reference.com.  I would say that a good heroine is worth a million bucks, wouldn't you?  I hope that they catch the kidnapper.

This is at Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia.  If I'm not mistaken, this should also say "before returning to work" as well.

I guess this is an improvement, since they had no such signage in their 8-year existence.
